Please could we remind you that we can no longer authorise any holidays taken during school time.
We are always concerned that children in our care make the best progress possible.
This can only take place if the child regularly attends school to avoid falling behind.
All family holidays should be arranged to take place during school holiday time, please follow link for school term dates. Any unavoidable holidays that are taken during school term time will be recorded as an unauthorised absence and may incur a penalty fine.
We would ask that any parents who still take their child out of school during term time provide a letter informing school of the arrangements and produce a copy of the holiday booking invoice to the School Office, for our records, as we may be asked to provide these details during an Ofsted Inspection.
